Here are the general steps for most projects: We’ll start with a free, no-obligations consultation, either in-person or virtually, to understand your needs, preferences, and budget. I provide an estimate, along with a clear list of deliverables. I’ll create a mood board presentation to get us started. This allows us to easily make adjustments early in the process about the overall direction of the design. Measurements of the space will be taken, as needed. For virtual clients, we can have the space 3D scanned by a specialized photographer in your area. This gives us an accurate visual of the current space, as well as the ability to take measurements virtually! Once we're all happy with the direction of the design, a 3D model of the space can be generated, as needed, and edited as we progress through the details of the design. This model provides a more accurate view of the space, design, and layout. This 3D model can be viewed and interacted with through a web-link, and requires no special software on your end. With a complete design, you’ll receive a complete shopping list, staging instructions, timelines, and dimensioned drawings (as needed) to execute the design at your own pace. For local clients, we are happy to provide in-person guidance.
